Important Notes
● Each month, you may choose either a structured photoshoot or on-site content capture.
● Any photography outside the package scope will be treated as an add-on and priced accordingly.
● If you'd like to add extra elements such as set design, props, makeup artists, or clothing stylists, those are additional costs. I have trusted in-house vendors I can connect you with if you'd like to explore those options.
● Any paid advertising or promotions (e.g., Instagram or Facebook ads) will be billed separately. If you’d like to run ads, we’ll consult to define the strategy, and the ad spend will be separate from your management fee.
My Process
1. Inquiry & Consultation
Once you reach out, we’ll schedule a quick consultation to understand your brand, goals, and content needs. This is where we decide which package (and any add-ons) best fits you.
2. Booking & Payment
To secure your spot, a 50% deposit is required upfront, with the remaining balance due at the start of your service period.
For weekly plans, a 4-week minimum commitment is required and paid upfront.
3. Content Capture & Planning
Each month, you’ll choose between a structured photoshoot or on-site content capture (such as event coverage).
We’ll gather your content, organize it, and prepare your posting schedule based on your package.
4. Posting, Management & Reporting
Your content will be posted consistently throughout the week based on your selected package.
At the end of each month, you’ll receive an analytics report showing performance, growth, and insights.
